• Shipping: Orders will be shipped from A-1 or directly from the manufacturer, whatever method is faster. Shipping costs are estimated upon receipt of your order. If an estimate is incorrect, you will be notified via email with the corrected cost. Upon your approval, those costs will be billed to your credit card. A-1 does not ship COD.
• IMPORTANT: Make sure you have the equipment and assistance to unload, uncrate, and assemble the equipment you order. If you require lift-gate delivery you will incur additional costs.
• Damage: Carefully inspect your shipment. If you see any damage to the packaging, note the damage on the freight invoice. You are ultimately responsible for damage claims, however we will do our best to assist you.

• Returns: If you need to return a purchase, contact us first for a return authorization. No items that have been used, damaged, or special ordered can be returned. Restocking and transportation fees may be assessed.
